What We Need from You
So that we can prepare a written proposal for you, we will need some information about:
- your business or organization
- the content of your Web site
- what you would like your Web site to do
- your logo, stationery, and branding strategy
- your target audiences
- your competitors and their Web sites
We can get this information from you during a phone conversation. You may already have a brief outline of your new Web site something like this sample outline; if so, please send it to us.
Our Proposal
Allied Internet will use the information you give us to prepare a written proposal for you. Our proposal will show our fee for each section of the Web site as well as a total for the whole project.
Our fees are based on the amount of time we expect to spend designing and producing your Web site. Before we get started on your project, you will of course be able to modify our proposal to meet your needs.
Contract and Invoice
If you accept our proposal, we will send you a contract which includes (a) an estimated date for completion of the initial graphic design; and (b) an estimated time for production of the site after you have approved a design. We will also send you an invoice for the project at this time; we ordinarily request that a check for 50% of the total be returned with the signed contract.
